Self-Sync™ Methodology & Course Details

Self-Sync™ a Systems Based Model
Parts-based work sees “self” as a system, made up of parts-of self. In psychodynamic models they call these parts-of-self, ego states.
For example, in burn out often an Ambitious part hijacks the self- system. It cuts off the Exhausted part so it can’t be heard or taken into account. In time, the body shut’s down, taking months to recover.
To stop this from happening the Ambitious part needs to be worked with. A meeting inviting all parts concerned is arranged.
In this course, you will learn how to create and run these meetings with your clients’ parts. Through guided internal dialogue, an internal consensus can be found and harmony restored. This way of working can be applied to any issue a client wants to work on.
